      • sun and earth

The sunspot on the bottom left is larger than the Earth. I have added the Earth as a blue dot outside the solar disk for size comparison.

      • Sun H-Alpha

The sunspot we saw a week ago has moved from east to west on the lower half of the sun. A new group of spots has appeared at the top left. There are beautiful prominences on the upper edge of the sun. Picture taken on July 15, 2023
